Adding a new dimension to my running
I am not a running athlete by any stretch of the imagination. I do run every other day and manage to complete approximately 20K each week.
I have tried a few different shoes in the past few years, Asics and Adidas mostly and these new 4D models sounded like a good advance in technology.
Adidas has spent 17 years collecting data from athletes to come up with this shoe design. The result is a shoe that is extremely comfortable and still relatively light.
I am pleased with results, having a bit of a bad knee myself, these have made my runs less painful. There are some issues which I cover in a bit more detail on the Youtube video which you can watch below.
Hope you enjoy, please leave any comments and your own experience if you’ve tried them out.
Did they fit OK? I understand that they are quite narrow so may not suit everyone.
Did you think they are more comfortable than the Adidas Ultraboost?
